Our Founder, Thomas A. Genzale Jr., RN
After surviving cancer himself, he is dedicating his life to pursuing medicine as an Emergency Room Nurse and helping those in need. HeartFelt Connections Inc. was founded in 2024 by Thomas and a group of community members who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping the sick children in need.

Our Vice President, Ali Khan, PhD.
Ali is a Clinical Science and Innovation Fellow at Novartis, driven by a deep passion for advancing pediatric care and making a difference in the lives of children facing health challenges. His dedication to supporting kids through innovative research and compassionate advocacy brings him immense joy.
Our Secretary, Arpan Kakadia, PA
An Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant at Boston Medical Center and former college lacrosse player, I understand the essence of teamwork and compassion. HeartFelt Connections, Inc. is a continuation of those values I hold in my everyday life.
Our Treasurer, Max Grenert
Currently pursuing a bachelor of science in finance at Endicott College where he plays on the mens basketball team. He aspires to break into venture capital following graduation. Joined HeartFelt Connections, Inc. after being inspired by Thomas’s journey battling and surviving cancer.
